Court Costs, Fines, and Restitution

Defendants that are unable to make payments as outlined in their payment plan must contact their assigned collections enforcement officer. Cases are distributed alphabetically by defendants' last names. The following list shows the assigned numbers to call based on the defendant's last name.

Court Costs
Fines, costs, and restitution are paid in the Clerk of Courts office located on the second floor of the East Wing Annex of the new Courthouse. Accepted payment methods include cash, money order, cashiers check, personal check, or credit card. Payments can be made in the office Monday through Friday between 8 am and 4:30 pm or can be mailed to:

To insure credit to the correct case, payments must be clearly marked with the Defendant Name and the Criminal Docket Number (i.e. CP-21-CR-XXXX-YEAR).

The Clerk of Courts contracted with a third-party vendor so Court costs can be paid on the internet at Official Payments.com using American Express and MasterCard credit cards or Visa, NYCE, Pulse, and STAR debit cards. A convenience fee may be charged by the vendor if applicable.

Defendants can access the amounts owed for costs, fines, and restitution on the internet. This information is available as a free service to the public and can be accessed by clicking the following link: Pennsylvania's Unified Judicial System's Web Docket Sheets. Each case is stored by its Cumberland County docket number. Enter the docket number in the search fields as requested (ex: CP-21-CRXXXX-YEAR). If this information isn't available, click on “Search Type” to search by other data, such as name or date of birth, and include the County in the search field.
