Welcome to the Cumberland Link to Aging and Disability Resources website. "The Link" helps Cumberland County residents of any age with a disability or who are 60 years or older with accessing social services.
Mission
The Cumberland Link to Aging and Disability Resources (The Cumberland Link) will improve access to information and linkages to long term living supports and services for older persons and individuals with disabilities in CumberlandCounty who are in need of long term living supports and services, regardless of age, type of disability, or ability to pay. Although the Cumberland Link will have a special focus on providing access to publicly funded services, it will provide information, guidance, and screenings to anyone regardless of income because early intervention may result in cost effective, positive outcomes for the individual.
Parking
There is metered parking along South Hanover Street which does include one accessible parking space. No cost parking, including accessible parking, is located in the United Way parking lot behind the building. To access the parking lot, use East Chapel Avenue.
