Our department operates under the direction of the President Judge of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas, 9th Judicial District of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Our mission is to monitor and enforce Court ordered conditions, engage offenders in programming directed at reducing recidivism, and enforce the payment of fines, costs, and restitution.
