The Tax Claims Bureau is located on the first floor of the Old Courthouse.

As a new feature and as part of our commitment to provide citizens with efficient, convenient service, the Cumberland County Tax Claim Bureau has partnered with Official Payments Inc. to accept payment of delinquent real estate taxes and costs by credit/debit card at:
www.officialpayments.com

Credit cards accepted are American Express®, Discover®, Master Card® and Visa®. Debit cards with the Master Card® or Visa® logo are also accepted.
Official Payments, the service provider, charges a convenience fee for payment processing.

Mission Statement: To serve the taxing authorities of Cumberland County by the collection and timely distribution of delinquent real estate taxes, which would enable them to use their tax revenue to the fullest
