From Interstate 81 - Use Exit #47a (Route 34/Hanover Street) and head north on Hanover Street toward Carlisle to the Square.  Turn right at the Square and then make an immediate left onto Irvine Row just beyond Saint John's Episcopal Church.  The Authority's office is located on the right midway down Irvine Row (#7).

From PA Turnpike - Use Interchange #226 (Carlisle Interchange) and head south on Route 11 toward Carlisle to the Square.  Turn left at the Square and then make an immediate left onto Irvine Row just beyond Saint John's Episcopal Church.  The Authority's office is located on the right midway down Irvine Row (#7).

From Route 641 - Follow Route 641 (High Street) toward Carlisle until arriving at the Square.  Proceed straight through the Square and then make an immediate left onto Irvine Row just beyond Saint John's Episcopal Church.  The Authority's office is located on the right midway down Irvine Row (#7).

Parking 

Meters -  Visitors can use metered street parking along Hanover Street, High Street, or Irvine Row.  Metered parking is limited to two hours.

Metered Parking Lot - Carlisle Borough's East Louther Street South Side Parking Lot is located behind the Authority's office.  Parking is controlled my meters.

Parking Garage - Visitors not wishing to use meters can pay to park at the Pomfret Street Parking Garage. The Pomfret Street Parking Garage is located immediately behind the Comfort Suites on Hanover Street. 

Additional Parking - Longer metered parking is available on several of the side streets that intersect Hanover Street and High Street.  Additionally, unmetered parking can be found several blocks back from the Square.
