| You may qualify if you meet the following criteria: |

You are a resident of Pennsylvania, and
|
|
|
Your annual income does not exceed $35,000 (count only 50% of your income from social security and/or railroad retirement benefits), and
|
|
|
You are age 65 or older, or
|
|
|
You are a widow or widower age 50 or older, or
|
|
You are age 18 to 64 and are permanently disabled according to the Social Security disability guidelines; and
|
|
You paid rent or property taxes (even individuals who live in facilities or subsidized housing can qualify for rebates).
