Drop-Off Recycling Sites
Residents and/or businesses that want to recycle but are not required to do so where they reside can use the following drop-off programs, or may subscribe to service with a hauler of their choice.

Hours: 1st Saturday of every month, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Lower Frankford Township (click on link to left for more information)
Lower Frankford Township Municipal Building
1205 Easy Road, Carlisle, PA
Hours: 2nd Saturday of every month, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Cumberland County Landfill Drop-Off Recycling
620 Newville Road, Newburg, PA 17240
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

*No charge for dropping off recyclables. Must stop at scalehouse window.
*Recyclables are collected all mixed together, no need to separate.
*Cumberland County Landfill is owned by Advanced Disposal, formerly Interstate Waste Services.
