In accordance with the Pennsylvania Right-To-Know Law, as amended by Act 3 of 2008, signed February 14, 2008, the Cumberland County Recycling & Waste Authority has adopted an Open Records Policy.  The Policy sets forth the administration of the Authority's open records and document retention.

To access public records from the Cumberland County Recycling & Waste Authority, complete and submit the Request Form, along with appropriate payment (see page 10 of Policy for Fees) to the Authority's Open Records Officer.
