Notes:
- Major purge of library card holder database in 2008. Database now reflects current 3 years of active registered card holders.
- 2008 catalog search session number is inflated (probably double the correct amount) due to error in clearing statistics from previous year.
- Due to state budget cuts, CCLS reduced its budget for new materials by 19%, or $142,000 in 2010. This resulted in a decline in the number of items borrowed by the community.
- Due to state budget cuts, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania eliminated more than 20 POWER Library reference databases in 2010/11.
- Due to state budget cuts, CCLS reduced its operating hours by 10% or 2384 hours over 2009 and 2010. This resulted in fewer library programs, and thus lower overall attendance.
- Bosler Memorial Library was closed 20.5 days in 2012 for construction. This reduction in operating hours caused a reduction in service numbers.
