Professional Bondsmen:

• A license from Pennsylvania Department of Insurance
• Have an office in Cumberland County to be registered as a Professional Bondsmen in the County

• Writes under an Authorized Insurance Company (ie, Lexington)
• A license from Pennsylvania Department of Insurance (Certificate of Qualification)
• Can operate throughout Pennsylvania with one license
• Current Financial Statement of the Insurance Company for whom they are writing bail bonds
• Power of Attorney from Insurance Company
