Services
The Cumberland Link to Aging and Disability Resources (Cumberland Link) provides information and linkages to long term living services and supports for Cumberland County residents of any age who have a disability and for residents who are 60 years of age or older.

Mission
The Cumberland Link to Aging and Disability Resources improves access to information and linkages to long term living supports and services for older persons and individuals with disabilities in Cumberland County who are in need of long term living supports and services, regardless of age, type of disability, or ability to pay. Although the Cumberland Link has a special focus on providing access to publicly funded services, it provides information, guidance, and screenings to anyone regardless of income because early intervention may result in cost effective, positive outcomes for the individual.

Parking
Please use the lower level entrance on the end of the building.  Parking is available near the entrance.
