The Mental Health and Mental Retardation Program Office implements, funds, and administers a full range of services to persons with serious and persistent mental illnesses or persons with intellectual / developmental disabilities who live within the Cumberland or Perry County area.
In addition, the Office provides information and referral services to the general public.
