You may register to vote (or make changes to an existing record) at the Cumberland County Elections Office during regular business hours between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm at:

Forms to register by mail are available at most Cumberland County post offices, libraries, state liquor stores, municipal buildings, and party headquarters. These forms require postage for adequate delivery to the County office.

**This form serves to register for the first time or to make changes to an existing voter record.**
You may apply for voter registration when you apply for or renew a drivers license, which can serve as an application for voter registration or an update to a previous voter registration. Ask about it at your local DMV.
The deadline for voter registration is 15 days prior to each primary and/or election, with the following exception:
Postmarks will NOT be accepted.
You can cancel your Pennsylvania Voter Registration at any time by completing the Request to Cancel Voter Registration form. The signed and completed form should be returned to: Cumberland County Bureau of Elections, 1601 Ritner Highway, Suite 201, Carlisle, PA 17013.
