Our meals are served restaurant-style. We provide a four-week rotating menu with weekly changes to enhance seasonal flavors. A variety of meal offerings are available within our homelike environment. We pride ourselves on homemade recipes such as soups and desserts. Cooking events for all residents, with supervised Dietary staff, allow our residents to enjoy several monthly theme meals.
Highly Qualified Staff
Claremont residents benefit from two Registered Dieticians on site to evaluate individual dietary needs. Our dietary team, including four dietary managers and nine ServSafe approved dietary staff, strives to maintain high quality food services.
Residents may dine in the Main Dining room (at right), or on their unit in the residents' activity center.
Parlez-vous francais? Residents also enjoy "theme" meals such as Christmas in July or A Taste of Paris, a magnificent lunch where residents feasted on french foods. The latter event was featured in the Carlisle Sentinel.
