M. L. Ebert, Jr., District Attorney
Daniel J. Sodus, Chief Deputy District Attorney
Dan joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2000 when he came from the York County Public Defender’s Office. Before that he was in private practice in Carlisle. Dan is the Chief for the Specialty Courts of ARD Court, O.I.C., Drug Treatment Court, Central Court, I. P. Court and Electronic Monitoring. He is also responsible for Extradition matters and Interstate Agreement on Detainers.
Courtney Hair-LaRue, Chief Deputy District Attorney
Courtney joined the office as a full time Assistant District Attorney in 2016 after working as an Assistant District Attorney in both Lebanon and Adams Counties. Courtney earned her undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College and her law degree from Widener University School of Law. Courtney is the Chief of the Appeals Division and is the community prosecutor for the Pennsylvania State Police and Mt. Holly Spring Borough.
Kimberly Metzger, Senior Assistant District Attorney
Kimberly began her career as a prosecutor in Monroe County, Pennsylvania in August 2012. In June 2018, she joined the Cumberland County Office of the District Attorney’s Office as a Senior Assistant District Attorney, with an emphasis on trial work. In six (6) years, SADA Metzger has prosecuted more than thirty (30) cases to jury verdict, including prosecutions for Possession with Intent to Deliver, Criminal Homicide, Burglary, Hazing, and Robbery. Kimberly is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law (2011) and earned her Bachelor’s degree from the SUNY at Buffalo in Political Science and Spanish (2008). Originally from Buffalo, New York, she is a lifelong fan of the Buffalo Bills. Kimberly is the Community Prosecutor for Mechanicsburg Borough and Upper Allen Township Police Department and handles Central Court.
Lauren Perchinski, Assistant District Attorney
Lauren joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2018. She is the Community Prosecutor for Lower Allen Township, New Cumberland Borough and Shiremanstown Borough Police Departments. Lauren is responsible for handling the Juvenile Prosecutions.
Jennifer A. Robinson, Assistant District Attorney
Jennifer joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2018 after working as an assistant counsel with the Governor’s Office of General Counsel. Jennifer earned an undergraduate degree in criminal justice from Penn State Harrisburg; she graduated from Widener University School of Law in 2014. As a law student, Jennifer was a board member of the Widener Law Journal and worked as a certified legal intern at the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office. Jennifer handles TOM’s Court, Insurance Fraud, General Prosecutions, and is the community prosecutor for Hampden Township and Silver Spring Township Police Departments.
Nichole Vito, Assistant District Attorney
Nichole joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2018. She is the Community Prosecutor for Carlisle Borough and Dickinson College Police Departments.
Kerianne Baker, Assistant District Attorney
Kerianne joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2018 after graduating from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. Kerianne earned her undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s college of Maryland in 2015. As a law student, Kerianne was a board member of the Moot Court Honor Society and served as an intern in this Office. In addition to her duties as a trial attorney,Kerianne is one of two attorneys that handles the Office’s appeals, and is the Community Prosecutor for Shippensburg Borough, Shippensburg University, and Newville Borough. Kerianne is also responsible for handling private criminal complaints.
Elizabeth L. Judd, Assistant District Attorney
Elizabeth joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2019, and is responsible for ICC and Domestic Violence prosecutions.
