All of the above meetings will be held in accordance with Act 15 of 2020 through an authorized telecommunications device available to the public. Meetings are available by computer through Zoom or phone.
All public meetings are open to the public on the dates, times, and locations previously advertised. All visitors are required to social distance and wear masks in all county buildings, including both courthouses. Questions may be asked of visitors at entrances to each building concerning COVID-19 symptoms and contact. In person public meeting attendance may be capped due to meeting room capacity.
The members of the boards noted above if not attending in person shall be participating by an authorized telecommunication device.
The public may also submit written comments or questions by United States Mail mailed to: Commissioners’ Office, Room 200, Cumberland County Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013 or by email at email@example.com. All written comments submitted should identify the meeting date and time to which the comments pertain and must be received no later than 2 hours prior to the meeting.

Board of Commissioners Meetings
The Board of Commissioners meetings take place twice each month on a Monday at 2 p.m. During these meetings, the Commissioners take action on County business. See below for minutes and video recordings.
Board of Commissioners Workshops
The Board of Commissioners conduct a workshop meeting twice each month at 9 a.m. on a Thursday. During these meetings, the Board reviews items pending approval.
Under Pennsylvania County Code, the Board of Commissioners is responsible for implementing the County's budget, as well as overseeing contracts and expenditures. The Commissioners receive financial updates and requests during these weekly meetings.
